Introduction
David Alan Bailey is an American former film and television child-actor. He was active in the early 1960s through the mid-1970s. He is known for appearing in Dennis the Menace (1963,) At the End of the Rainbow (1965,) Hazel (1961) and Nanny and the Professor (1970).

David Alan Bailey was born on 4 April 1952 in Los Angeles, California.
Career
David Alan Bailey made his acting debut at the age of 11, appearing as "Scotty" in hit television comedy series Dennis the Menace. He appeared in three episodes: My Four Boys, The Three F's, and Tuxedo Trouble. The same year he also appeared in television movie Three Wise Boys, in which Bailey played the character of "Mike" alongside Michael Flatley (as Jeff) and Ronnie Dapo (as Billy.)
In 1964, he was seen in Denis Sanders-directed film One Man's Way. The film is based on the life of a world-famous minister Norman Vincent Peale. Don Murray played the character of Peale and Bailey played the young version of Peale.
The following year, Bailey was seen as "Matthew O'Brien" in Austin Green-directed family drama At the End of the Rainbow. In the years 1969-1973, he was seen in 5 episodes of television series Room 222.
Bailey was last seen playing the role of "Rob" in Adventure in Satan's Canyon episode of Disney's television series The Magical World of Disney. The series was hosted by Walt Disney himself.
