Wai Lam

Wai Lam (Chinese: 林偉) is a Chinese Professor of computer science at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Wai Lam had obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from the University of Waterloo and then got both Master of Science and Master of Philosophy from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After the dissertation, he went to the United States where he attended Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis and University of Iowa. Returning home, he joined the faculty at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and became a professor there.
