Stephen Holyday () (born c. 1976) is a municipal politician in Toronto, Ontario. He is the Councillor for Ward 2 Etobicoke Centre. He was firstelected to Toronto City Council in the 2014 city council election in the former Ward 3 in Etobicoke.

Holyday was born in Toronto, Ontario. He is the son of Doug Holyday who previously represented the ward, served as Mayor of Etobicoke and was briefly an MPP. He and his wife Margaret have three children.
