Scott Fellows (born September 28, 1965) is an American television producer, writer, and director.

Career

He is the creator and executive producer of Nickelodeon's Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, DHX Media's Johnny Test, and Nickelodeon's hit Kids-Choice-Award-winning TV series Big Time Rush. 100 Things to Do Before High School was premiered on Nickelodeon in 2015. His newest animated series, Supernoobs also premiered on Cartoon Network in 2015.

Fellows had been previously working as a staff writer late in the second season to early in the seventh season of The Fairly OddParents. He also wrote some episodes of Recess. He was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Music and Lyrics for the show in 2003. His earlier writing credits also include episodes of Weinerville (where he performed Zip, Louie, and Professor Phosphate), U to U, All That, 100 Deeds for Eddie McDowd and Doug.
