Biography
Rona Mary McCarthy (née Tong; born in 1915 or 1916) is a former New Zealand track and field athlete who competed at the 1938 British Empire Games where she won the bronze medal in the women's 80 m hurdles. At the same Games she also placed 5th in heat 1 of the women's 100 yards.
