Introduction
Robin Beth Schaer is an American poet.
Life
Born in 1971, she graduated from Colgate University and Columbia University, and has taught at Columbia University and worked at the Academy of American Poets.
She is the author of one book of poetry, Shipbreaking. Her work has appeared in Rattapallax, Denver Quarterly, Guernica, Painted Bride Quarterly, and Barrow Street, Washington Square.
She teaches at The New School and Cooper Union, has worked as a deckhand aboard the Bounty, and lives in New York City.
