Robert Bruce Oliver (September 15, 1895 - October 17, 1964) was a one-term Republican mayor of Norwalk, Connecticut from 1943 to 1945.

He was born on September 15, 1895 in Syracuse, New York.

He served as the Republican Mayor of Norwalk, Connecticut from 1943 to 1945.

He died at Norwalk Hospital in Norwalk, Connecticut on October 17, 1964.

The Robert B. Oliver Planetarium at Roton Middle School, built in 1966, is named for him.
