Philip "Phil" Jackson is an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1970s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Bradford Northern, as a Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.

Phil Jackson won caps for England while at Bradford Northern in 1975 against Wales, and in the 1975 Rugby League World Cup against France.
