Biography
Phan Văn Hùm (9 April 1902 – 1946) was a Vietnamese Trotskyist who took part in the Fourth International in 1922.
He spent three years in Poulo Condore jail from 1939–1942. He was killed by the Viet Minh in the days following the Japanese surrender in Vietnam at the end of World War II. His fellow Trotskyites Tạ Thu Thâu and Phan Văn Chánh met the same fate.
