Pavel Artemyevich Plotnikov (Russian: Па́вел Арте́мьевич Пло́тников ) (1920-2000) was an aviation commander of the Soviet Army and pilot during the Great Patriotic War, twice Hero of the Soviet Union and recipient of several other awards.
