Career
In November 2015 Platt signed a new professional contract at Blackburn Rovers penning a 2-and-a-year deal.
In February 2017 Platt & fellow Rovers player Connor Thomson joined Barrow on loan making 8 appearances for the bluebirds in his short spell there.
In August 2017 Platt made his 1st team debut coming on as a substitute for Blackburn Rovers in the 2017–18 EFL Trophy game against Stoke City U21's.
