Mary Elizabeth Hewitt (March 20, 1807 – September 17, 1884) was an American poet and editor born in Malden, Massachusetts to Thomas Hewitt and Elizabeth Durkee. On April 25, 1832 she married Samuel Jillson. Mary gave birth to five children.
