Marvelous Alejo

Louise Veronica Lim (born 1996), professionally known as Marvelous Alejo, is a Filipino actress and pop singer.

The real name of Marvelous Alejo is Louise Veronica Lim. She was born on 9 June 1996, in Valenzuela, Manila, Philippines. Her father is an ex-marine, while her mother, Mary Jane Lim, is a housewife. See attended Montessori Academy in Valenzuela.

Growing up, she had always wanted to be a performer. While she was young, she began accepting modeling offers to help her father, who was charged and sued for plagiarism.

To realize her dreams of becoming a star, and to help her family financially, she decided to enter "Artista Academy," a television talent and reality show, which premiered on July 30, 2012, on TV5 network. The show was hosted by such noted personalities as Cesar Montano, Marvin Agustin, Mr. Fu, and Valeen Montenegro.

The onetime Grand Audition for the show was held at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on June 19, 2012, from which Alejo emerged as one of the 16 finalists.

She was in the top three in the first round but was eventually dismissed in the seventh round. The winners were Vin Abrenica and Sophie Albert, and the other four participants in the top 6 were: Akihiro Blanco, Chanel Morales, Mark Neumann, and Shaira Mae.
