Cristina Sarakas is an American pro gamer, YouTuber, and internet personality. She is popular among gaming channels, especially the Sims community on Twitch. She also plays other games, like The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us, and Minecraft. Online, she goes by her screen name LifeSimmer.

Life and facts

  • Cristina Sarakas was born on March 15th, 1998 in Lowell, Massachusetts.
  • She was raised in Palm Bay, Florida.
  • She started her YouTube channel named "LifeSimmer" in May 2011, aged 13. As of July 2020, she has over 750,000 subscribers and her videos have collectively amassed over 2 million views.
  • As she explained in one of her videos, the word LifeSimmer is derived from the words "Simmer for life."
  • Her first-ever series was a "Let's Play" of the newest Sims Expansion Pack - The Sims 3: Generations. This "Let's Play" focused on the lives of Zack and Lara Baker and their many kids; one of whom was named in Andrew's honor.
  • Her 2012 videos, The Sims 3: Supernatural and The Sims 3: Seasons Let's Plays, received over a million views. She then released the remake of her first-ever Let's Play, The Sims 3: Generations, in 2013, which amassed over two million views just for its first part, making it her most popular Let's Play to date.
  • Sarakas took a break from streaming in the years 2016-2019, owing to her moving to a new place and needing time to adjust.
