2nd Lieutenant Leonard James Moon (9 February 1878 in Kensington, London, England – 23 November 1916 near Karasouli, Salonica, Greece) was a cricketer who played first-class cricket for Cambridge University from 1897 to 1900 and Middlesex County Cricket Club from 1899 to 1909. He also played four Test matches for England against South Africa in 1905-06.
Moon was educated at Westminster School and Pembroke College, Cambridge. After university he became a schoolmaster. He died of wounds suffered while fighting with the Devon Regiment in Greece in the First World War.
His brother, Billy Moon, was also a cricketer and represented England at football.
