Jojo Lapus (July 5, 1945 – September 20, 2006), born Canuto M. Lapus, was a showbiz columnist and screenwriter, and father of showbiz personality John Lapus. He was also known for directing Pepeng Shotgun (released in 1981), Kahit buhay ko… (1992), and Leonardo Delos Reyes: Alyas Waway (1993).
