John Bechdel (born August 23, 1964, in Beech Creek, Pennsylvania) is an American keyboardist and rock and metal musician. He has been a part of such bands as Ministry, Fear Factory, Abstinence, Prong, Killing Joke, Murder, Inc., Brian Brain, and False Icons. He was the founding member of Ascension of the Watchers with Burton C. Bell.

He is currently with Al Jourgensen's industrial rock/metal outfit Ministry.

John is the younger brother of cartoonist and author Alison Bechdel. John is mentioned in Alison's memoir Fun Home (2006) and its stage musical adaptation.
