Park Ji-min (b. 13 October 1995) better known by his mononym Jimin is a Korean singer, dancer, model, and MC.
He is a member of the BTS group since 2013, where he is the lead vocalist and second lead dancer.
Biography
He attended Busan High School of Arts where his teacher suggested that he audition for a company. He auditioned for Big Hit Entertainment with the song "I Have a Lover" during the Busan auditions in 2011. It was his first audition and he was accepted. He moved to Seoul after becoming an apprentice for the company, and went to Korea Arts School, from where he graduated in 2014.
