Jeffrey Rogers (born July 2, 1963,) is an American film and television actor active in the 1980s.

Rogers made his acting debut in 1982, playing the character of "Andy" in director Steve Miner's horror-thriller Friday the 13th Part III, starring Richard Brooker and Gloria Charles. In the following year, he was seen as "Jo-Jo" in "High Times" episode of the hit TV Series CHiPs.

Rogers then appeared in few more films and episodes of various TV series, last one being John G. Avildsen's The Karate Kid Part II. He played the role of a G.I. in this film starring Pat Morita and Ralph Macchio.
