Ivan Lychev

Ivan Lychev (Russian: Иван Лычев) (30 May 1881 – 16 November 1972) was a Soviet politician. He was a member of the Central Committee elected by the 17th Congress of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). He was Chief Administrator (1935–1938). He was a recipient of the Order of Lenin.
