Biography
Introduction
Ian Ward is a mixologist, bartender, and culinary designer. He is also the creator of various mixed drinks and cocktails.
Ward is originally from Queens, New York. He started his own consulting company, P&R Cocktails, which helps bars revamp their menus. He is also a founding member of the San Diego Bar Guild and is working on invite-only underground speakeasies.
Ward has worked on the San Diego Spirits Festival and the Sundance Film Festival @ the Luxury Lounge. He also won the award of "Best mix master" of 2008 by San Diego CityBeat.
Restaurants and bars
Ward is associated with Whisknladle’s Gourmet Bistro in La Jolla, Searsucker Restaurant and Bar in the Gaslamp Quarter, and Cups La Jolla.
