Gitte Witt Julsrud (født 20. juni 1983 i Oslo) er en norsk skuespiller. Hun debuterte i 2003 i en episode av TV-serien Fox Grønland, og fikk med Exteriors sin første hovedrolle i en spillefilm i 2011. Witt er utdannet fra Hartvig Nissens skole og Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute i New York.
