Frederick John "Fred" Alsop (born 20 October 1938 in Plaistow, London) is a British former long jumper who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics, in the 1964 Summer Olympics, and in the 1968 Summer Olympics. His best result might be considered his 4th place in the triple jump in the Melbourne Olympics of 1964.
