Eyedea

Eyedea (sometimes credited as The Eye or Eye D.) was the stage name of American rapper Michael Larsen (November 9, 1981 – October 16, 2010). He is known for his philosophical and introspective lyrics, unique freestyle capabilities, and his participation in rap battles.

Eyedea began his music career in the mid-1990s, first as a battle rapper and later as a member of the hip hop duo Eyedea & Abilities.

Eyedea & Abilities was a hip hop duo formed by Eyedea and DJ Abilities. They released three studio albums together and gained a following for their experimental and thought-provoking music.

Eyedea was known for his success in rap battles, which led to his victory at the Blaze Battle World Championships in 2000. He also released several solo albums and collaborated with other well-known artists in the hip hop community.
