Earl Willits (October 30, 1946 – July 11, 1990) was an American politician who served in the Iowa House of Representatives from the 57th district from 1971 to 1973 and in the Iowa Senate from the 31st district from 1973 to 1979.
He died of AIDS on July 11, 1990, in Des Moines, Iowa at age 43.
