With Montepaschi Siena, Moss helped the team to win eight national domestic titles; winning 3 Italian League championships (2011, 2012, 2013), 3 Italian Cup titles (2011, 2012, 2013), and 2 Italian Supercup titles (2010, 2011). He was also named an Italian League All-Star for the 2010-11 and 2011-12 seasons.

On July 29, 2013, Moss officially signed a two-year contract with Emporio Armani Milano.

He began the 2015–16 season with Basket Brescia Leonessa, a Serie A2 Basket team. At the end of the season, the club was promoted in Serie A after 24 years.
