Introduction

David Hercule Matam Matam (born 5 June 1975 in Yaoundé) is a Cameroonian/French male weightlifter, competing in the 94 kg category. He represented Cameroon at international competitions and since 2003 France. He represented France at the 2004 Summer Olympics in the men's 85 kg event. He competed at world championships, including at the 2015 World Weightlifting Championships.

Personal

Three of his brothers are also international weightlifters who competed at the Olympic Games. That are Alphonse Hercule Matam (1992), Samson N'Dicka-Matam (1996, 2000 and 2004) and Bernardin Matam (2012).
