Biography
David Laxton is a Canadian politician, who was elected to in the Yukon Legislative Assembly in the 2011 election. He represents the electoral district of Porter Creek Centre.
Elected as a member of the Yukon Party caucus, he left the party on May 10, 2016 due to an allegation of sexual harassment, and currently sits as an independent.
In the 2006 election, he ran as a Yukon Liberal Party candidate in the same district, but finished second behind Archie Lang of the Yukon Party.
