Curly

Curly was a member of the Donner Party, a group of American pioneers who became trapped in the Sierra Nevada mountains during the winter of 1846–1847.

Curly was a scout for the Donner Party, responsible for exploring potential routes and finding a passable way through the mountain range.

Curly disappeared while out on a scouting trip in the winter of 1846. It is believed that he may have been caught in a severe snowstorm and perished.

There is speculation that Curly may have been killed by Native Americans, as members of the Donner Party reported encounters with local tribes. However, there is no concrete evidence to support this theory.
