Introduction

Clive Malcolm Gregory (born 25 November 1961) is the area Bishop of Wolverhampton.
He was educated at Queens' College, Cambridge. Ordained in 1988 he began his career with a curacy at St John the Baptist, Margate was then a senior Chaplain at the University of Warwick, and finally (before his elevation to the episcopate) Team Rector of Coventry East. He was installed as Bishop suffragan of Wolverhampton at Lichfield Cathedral on 5 May 2007. A keen cricketer, Gregory is married to Jenny with whom he has two children, Jack and Lola. In the vacancy between the retirement of Jonathan Gledhill on 30 September 2015 and the arrival of Michael Ipgrave on 10 June 2016, Gregory was also the acting Bishop of Lichfield.
