Chase Kamata (born 27 April 1983) is a New York City-based performer and visual artist.
Kamata was born on April 27, 1983, in Los Angeles, California. She is the daughter of acclaimed New Orleans jazz singer Leah Chase-Kamata and the granddaughter of the celebrated Creole chef Leah Chase.
