Introduction

Brian H. White is a former English badminton player.

White was born on 3 October 1944, in Salisbury, England.

Career

White started his career playing for Wiltshire, and he won 19 county titles in series. 
He represented Wiltshire for the first time in 1963 and was ranked fourth in England in 1970. He won 12 men's doubles and 20 mixed titles in Wiltshire.

In 1971 English Championship, he won bronze in singles. 

White finished his badminton career in the early 80s and became a selector for the national side for seven years. As a team manager, he accompanied the English national team in Malaysia in 1981. Later, he became an advisor to the then-team manager until the late 90s.

In 2008, White received the English Badminton Award from Badminton England for his services at local, county and national level.

In addition, White represented Wiltshire at cricket more than 200 times and scored 9,400 runs in the process.
