Bill Mitchell

Bill Mitchell is an American automobile designer who worked for General Motors (GM) from 1935 to 1977. He served as the Vice President of Design and was known for his influential role in shaping the design of American cars during the mid-20th century.

Bill Mitchell made several notable design contributions during his time at GM. Some of his most iconic designs include the Chevrolet Corvette C2 (also known as the Sting Ray), the Chevrolet Camaro, the Pontiac Firebird, and the Cadillac Eldorado.
