Bill Edley {born March 16, 1948) was an American businessman and politician.
Born in Canton, Illinois, Edley went to Spoon River College. He received his bachelor's degree in finance and investment from University of Illinois. Edley was a businessman. He served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1989 to 1995 and was a Democrat. In 2004, Edley was appointed to the Western Illinois University Board of Trustees.
