Albert Halsall (19 April 1942 — 25 August 2011 (aged 69)) birth registered in Wigan district, was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s, and 1970s playing at representative level for Lancashire, and at club level for Salford, St. Helens, and Swinton, as a Prop, or Second-row, i.e. number 8 or 10, or, 11 or 12, during the era of contested scrums, his death was registered in Wigan.

Albert Halsall played Left-Prop, i.e. number 8, scored 3-tries, and was man of the match winning the Harry Sunderland Trophy in St. Helens' 35-12 victory over Halifax in the Championship final during the 1965–66 season at Station Road, Swinton on Saturday 28 May 1966, and played Left-Prop in St. Helens' 24-12 victory over Leeds in the Championship final during the 1969–70 season at Odsal Stadium, Bradford on Saturday 16 May 1970.
