Introduction

Adam Doll was the original bass player for the band The Dillinger Escape Plan. He played on the band's self-titled EP and the Under the Running Board EP. Shortly before the recording of the band's first full-length album, Calculating Infinity, Doll was paralyzed from the armpits down in a car accident, and also lost nearly all of his hand dexterity. He was replaced by Liam Wilson. In spite of this, he would go on to write for and contribute keyboards and samples to the band's Irony is a Dead Scene EP featuring Mike Patton (Faith No More, Mr. Bungle, etc.) in 2002.
