Paul Dillon is an American film and television actor known for his roles in the movies Blink (1993) and Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997) and TV series such as NYPD Blue (1993), CSI: Miami (2002), and The Guardian (2001)

Dillon was born in Joliet, Illinois and his career in show business began in Chicago.

Dillon's film debut came in 1993 with the role of "Neal Booker" in Michael Apted's crime drama Blink, starring Madeleine Stowe, Aidan Quinn, James Remar, and Peter Friedman. The following year, he was seen as "Roderick Zurli" in the 10th episode of Season 1 of the TV series Dead at 21 (directed by Jefferson Kibbee).

In 1997, Dillon played "Patty O'Brien" in Jay Roach's Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery, starring Mike Myers, Elizabeth Hurley, and Michael York. That was the most successful film in which Dillon has a credited role.

Dillon also has appeared in several hit TV series including NYPD Blue, CSI: Miamiand The Guardian and he had a recurring role as "Angelo" in The Pretender (in 24 episodes from 1997-2000). In 2005, he had a guest appearance as "Ezekiel" in the ABC drama Night Stalker. C

Most recently, Dillon had a minor role in Jeff Nichols's 2023 crime drama The Bikeriders, starring Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, and Tom Hardy.

Dillon was also the founder and artistic director of the Bang Bang Spontaneous Theatre group—an improvisational theater company that attempted to meld the two leading schools of Chicago theater: the "Rock and Roll" style of the Steppenwolf Theatre Company and The Second City's improvisational style. The theatre was in existence from 1990 to 2000/2001. While it was active, at one point or another, the group included such entertainers as actress Tara Chocol, screenwriter Bob Fisher, actress Kirsten Fitzgerald, actor Reggie Hayes, actor Burt Heyman, playwright Greg Kotis, actor/writer Tracy Letts, actor Soren McCarthy, actor Michael Shannon, actor Guy Van Swearingen, actress Kate Walsh, and actress Holly Wantuch.
