Introduction
Brian Patrick Butler (born 26 May 1990) is an American actor, director, screenwriter, and musician.
Life and career
Butler was born on 26 May 1990 in San Diego, California, to Vonda Butler and Patrick Butler.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and studied acting at Magdalen College, Oxford. He has performed in several plays and films, and directed two shorts as well as a production of The Last Days of Judas Iscariot at San Diego State University.
In 2015, his film Hatred was nominated for best dramatic short at the Horrible Imaginings Film Festival. He was nominated for best supporting actor for Birthday Wish at the San Diego Film Awards in 2014. Butler's experimental music project Woyzeck currently releases original music and videos on Facebook, SoundCloud, and YouTube.
Personal life
Brian Patrick Butler is married to assistant director and actress Belle Santillan.
He is the brother of actor Michael Butler and visual effects artist Daniel N. Butler. Through Daniel's marriage, he is the brother-in-law of actress/writer Elena Butler.
