Pemi Rovirosa, born on November 30, 1968, in El Vendrell, Spain is a musician and music-producer.

Pemi Rovirosa, full name Josep Maria Rovirosa, is the songwriter and guitarist for the pop-rock group LAX'N'BUSTO, which he founded in 1986. He is currently one of the most important guitarists in the pop-rock music scene of Catalonia.

He has produced music groups such as Mai Toquem Junts, Whiskyn's, Baeturia, La Caixa Fosca, and Flai. He has also collaborated with groups such as Sopa de Cabra.

In 2004, he received the Joan Trayter award for the best producer of the year.

He is also a member and composer for the group Top Less, with which he has released a disc, "Maleficio" (2002), edited by DiscMedi. He has also participated in educational projects such as "el Rock en las Aulas" and is a guitar teacher in the music school of Bañeras.
