Wu Yi (died 237) was a general of the state of Shu Han in the Three Kingdoms period of China. His younger sister, Empress Mu, was the empress consort of Shu's founding emperor, Liu Bei. Under the Shu regime, Wu Yi served as General of the Left, and was enfeoffed as the Marquis of Jiyang. After Wei Yan's death in 234, Wu Yi succeeded him as the Administrator of Hanzhong Commandery. He previously served under Liu Zhang, the Governor of Yi Province (covering present-day Sichuan and Chongqing), in the late Eastern Han dynasty before becoming a subject of Liu Bei.
