Biography
Krishnakant Sriram (born 2 February 1977) is an Indian quizzer who won the World Quizzing Championship (WQC) 2014. He was the first winner who isn't based in England. In the 2013 contest, he came 9th, and in 2015, he attained 42nd position.
Krishnakant is from Mumbai. He studied Instrumentation Engineering at Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology (VESIT), then did his master’s in Electronics Engineering at the University of Virginia. Afterwards he worked at Sun Microsystems in Boston before going back to India, where he is a media professional.
