Tom Zanetti

Zanetti started his musical career at the age of 17, where he was performing for free, until he realised that he could be just put on his own events instead. Zanetti is an entrepreneur, He owns his own companies, most notably Sleepin' Is Cheatin, which provide musical events and entertainment. Zanetti also owns four festivals which have four businesses overseas in Tenerife, Ibiza and Magaluf which are "doing really well", according to his interview with the Official Charts website. Zanetti's also setting up his own clothing label and barbers. Zanetti owns a restaurant called La Fuego Tapas Restaurant and Bar which is located in Leeds. Zanetti's interest in dance music was apparent from an early age. Zanetti recorded a CD with him MCing over a bassline before he went to work night clubs in the city, as well as promoting them. Zanetti decided to create music festival, Insomnia, with his business partner, Kane "Kokane" Towning, who he describes as a "brother".

Zanetti has lived in Gipton, Belle Isle and Rothwell in Leeds. Zanetti went to school in Rothwell to Royds School and he got expelled and moved to Tinshill Learning Centre until he was 16. Regardless of being expelled, Zanetti claims that he "got on with his work and was in top set for everything", he just wasn't always there and didn't always follow the rules. Zanetti found out he was going to be a dad at the age of 16, which he wasn't prepared for at that age. Zanetti has had many jobs at a young age, which include working in a warehouse, where he made pallets from 6am to 6pm, he was also a butcher, window cleaner, bricklayer and milkman. Zanetti's girlfriend, Lizzie died in a car accident on August 10, 2010. Zanetti has one son, Deaconn (11 October), who has made an appearance in one of his music videos.
