Biography
Shai Maestro (born February 5, 1987) is an Israeli jazz pianist, currently based in Brooklyn, New York.
He was a member of Avishai Cohen's band from 2006 until 2011.
In 2010 he formed the Shai Maestro Trio together with Peruvian bassist Jorge Roeder and Israeli drummer Ziv Ravitz. They have released four albums: Shai Maestro Trio (2012), The Road to Ithaca (2013), Untold Stories (2015), and The Stone Skipper (2016).
