Sean Shaw

Sean Shaw is a Democratic American politician, and former lawyer and insurance consumer advocate who currently represents Florida House of Representatives District 61, which includes portions of Hillsborough County in and around Tampa, including Ybor City and Tampa Heights. Shaw assumed his seat when he defeated businesswoman Dianne Hart and radio host Walter J. Smith in the Democratic primary; there was no Republican contender. Prior to his run, he served as Florida's Insurance Consumer Advocate, and as an attorney-at-law.
