Introduction

Scott Douglas Robbe is an American film, television, and theater producer/director. In 2009 he founded his production company, Feed Your Head Productions.

ACT UP! the Movie

In 2008 Robbe started production of the documentary ‘’ACT UP! the Movie’’, with executive producer Gus Van Sant, about the history of the AIDS activist group of the same name (AIDS Coalition to Unleash Power). His first theatrical production was FALSE PROMISES, by The San Francisco Mime Troupe.

His first film was IN THE KING OF PRUSSIA, he served as Associate Producer and Production Manager for Director Emile de Antonio's production about the break in to a MX missile plant by pacifist ex-priests Daniel and Phillip Berrigan, the film starred Martin Sheen. His television credits include producing credits for Lifetime, Comedy Central, VH1, Wonderworks, Children's Television Workshop, Bravo and American Playhouse.

Over the years Scott Robbe fostered the work of other filmmakers and has served as the Executive Director and Film Commissioner for Wisconsin's industry office Film Wisconsin, Inc. bringing Michael Mann's film PUBLIC ENEMIES starring Johnny Depp to film in the state - http://archive.jsonline.com/entertainment/movies/29543494.html

Recently Scott Robbe did deep intimate interviews with playwright Larry Kramer for HBO's LARRY KRAMER: IN LOVE & ANGER. His recent home renovation series for DIY Network - VANILLA ICE GOES AMISH won RealScreen awards.
