Sarah Young is a former pornographic actress from England. She won Venus "Best European actress" Award in 1997.

• Sarah-Louise Young was born on 15 April 1971 in Sidcup, Kent, United Kingdom. She grew up in the country town of Hampshire, Winchester, England.

  

• Her father was a structural engineer, and her mother, a seamstress. She has a younger brother.
• Growing up, she wanted to be a dentist.
• As a child, she was camera-shy and would never let anyone take pictures of her.
• Her breasts were larger compared with those of her friends, and to control her embarrassment, she would wear large sweatshirts to hide them.

• Young started as a topless model at the age of 15. In January 1986, a photographer approached her at a bus stop and proposed to take a few pictures for the famous page 3 of the Sun. After consulting with her mother, Young agreed for the photoshoot. The photoshoot took place in February 1986, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.
• Following the successful beginning, Young joined a modeling agency after receiving an invitation from them.
• Her modeling career began to take off and she moved out of her family house to live with her boyfriend at the age of 17.
• When she was 18, a friend told her about a photoshoot taking place in the Costa de Sol for Private magazine. She eventually decided to pose for a hardcore shoot for Private magazine. She was shot by famous photographer from Hamburg, Claus Alwin Vogel. This marked the beginning of her porn career.
• After the shoot, she was employed by Private Media Group and Color Climax Corporation.
• In early 1989, Young's agent met with porn tycoon Hans Moser aka Sascha Alexander, who was famous for launching the career of German pornographic actress Teresa Orlowski. Orlowski and Moser were married at the time. Moser, after looking at Young's pictures, booked her for his next production. In September 1989, Sarah flew to Germany to begin work with Moser, and thus a new porn star was born. Moser and Young married in 1991 after Moser divorced Orlowski.
• From 1991 to 1992, Young also directed a few adult films.
• On 6 December 1997, Young won the award for the best actress of the year at Venus Awards.

• Young married her director Moser in 1991 but divorced several years later.
• She decided to quit the porn industry and study law in the United States.
