

Introduction
Rod Jackson is an American rock musician. He was the lead singer for the second incarnation of the band Slash's Snakepit, led by then ex-Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash.
Jackson got his start as front man for the Charlottesville, Virginia, band Suggestion, with Andrew K. Perkowski, Howard Lenn, DavidLenn, and Dana Powell, and with Richmond, Virginia-based band Rag Doll. He joined 3 of a Different Kind, a rock band signed to the Big Swede Studios record label. They released an album in 2006 titled There's a Rhythm to These Streets. He was also the singer for the band RazorBall, whose eponymous debut album was released in 2007. It features 12 tracks and has received good reviews. He worked on a rock album with Stefan "Big Swede" Svensson on drums, Johnny Griparic on bass, and Howie Simon on guitar.Jackson worked with Explosive Records co-writer/producer Pride Hutchison on the Shady-Tree Project.Some of his songs were co-produced by Andy Johns.
