Robert Hurrell Froude (1771–1859) was the Archdeacon of Totnes from 1820 until 1859.
He was born in Devon, the son of Robert Froude (1741–1770).
He married Margaret Spedding. Their eldest son was Richard Hurrell Froude who was involved in the formation of the Oxford Movement. Other sons were the railway engineer William Froude and the historian James Anthony Froude. He was, for many years, the Rector of Dartington.
