Renee Baughman is an American actress, dancer, and performing artist.

Baughman made her Broadway debut in 1970 in the original production of the musical Applause based on a book by Betty Comden and Adolph Green with lyrics by Lee Adams and music by Charles Strouse. In the lead cast were Lauren Bacall ("Margo Channing"), Len Cariou ("Bill Sampson"), Bonnie Franklin ("Bonnie"), Penny Fuller ("Eve Harrington"), Brandon Maggart ("Buzz Richards"), and Robert Mandan ("Howard Benedict").

In 1973, she was seen in the musical Smith at Eden Theatre in New York. Based on a book by Dean Fuller, Tony Hendra, and Matt Dubey, it had music and lyrics by Dubey and Fuller. She shared the stage with Don Murray, Lou Criscuolo, Mort Marshall, and Carol Morley.

In 1974, she was seen in the original production of Music! Music! (directed by Martin Charnin and choreography by Tony Stevens).

In 1975, Baughman played "Kristine" in A Chorus Line at Shubert Theatre in New York. A Chorus Line is a musical with music by Marvin Hamlisch, lyrics by Edward Kleban, and a book by James Kirkwood Jr. and Nicholas Dante. Baughman played the role for the first time in the 1974 workshop, followed by another in 1975 and then the original production of Off-Broadway and Broadway (1975). In 1994, Baughman moved to St. Louis, Missouri, and began working as a sales manager. In 2014, she made an appearance in Shawn Ewert's thriller movie Sacrament starring Ed Guinn, Allyn Carrell, Savannah Solsbery, and Sheril Rodgers. In 2015, she performed again in A Chorus Line with the original cast to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the musical at the Public Theater in New York.
