Biography
Ray Rigby (1916 in Rochford–1995) was a British screenwriter.
He is mainly known for The Hill, which won some critical acclaim, including the Best Screenplay award at the 1965 Cannes Film Festival. It was inspired by his own experience in a British military prison.
He also wrote for some TV series, including Starr and Company.
